The Resilient Immigrant Foundation (TRIF) is an Edmonton, Alberta based grassroots community organization established in 2018 and incorporated as a registered not for profit in 2022.

We partner with individuals, groups, and agencies to build inclusive and resilient communities by empowering the marginalized populations to access support and services to improve their wellbeing, grow without barriers, achieve their dreams, and live a fulfilled life.
Our services include interactive educational workshops, recreational and socio-cultural activities,brief supportive counseling and referrals, donation programs for marginalized groups, non profit poverty alleviation programs such as free tax clinics, free grocery/food vouchers, and mini-healthy food banks.
Our Objectives
Reduce barriers and provide solutions to enrich the life span of people from indigenous, ethno-cultural and mainstream communities including children, youth, adults, seniors, families, and women by addressing any compounded issues faced by individuals, raising awareness about mental and physical health issues and management as well as providing referrals support for counseling, therapy etc.
Believing in the rights of people from all communities with regards to diversity, gender equality, family, women, and seniors etc, their challenges and concerns that impact their mental and physical health.
To enhance education by providing scholarships, bursaries, and other forms of financial assistance to indigent newcomers and members of the community, primarily children and youth to be used for secondary, or post‑secondary education.
To address and prevent specific problems faced by families by individuals (parents, children, youth, women, seniors, LGBTQS2 with disabilities, etc,) by providing online and offline educational programs, outreach programs and training, mentoring, programs, workshops, and seminar on issues such as integration into Canadian Society, stress management, financial literacy and management, intercultural relationships, parenting, employment readiness and obtaining employment, leadership, networking, and effective communication, etc. thereby, enriching the lives of all individuals.
