Figuratively by supporting them to walk more. Literally by our weekly park and walk- walking 10km in 2 hours every Saturday of the month and by our monthly 10,000 steps daily challenge.
During the cold period, we walk indoors at the West Edmonton Mall. In the warmer seasons,we walk outdoors and explore the many trails in Edmonton City.
