Heart diseases and strokes are the leading cause of death among Canadians. In the immigrant community, the numbers are even more staggering. In addition, we also have cancers and high blood pressure which are growing epidemics. Chronic illnesses have many different contributing factors including – social determinants of health such as access to health care, support networks, education, and stress.
The Youth Empowerment Support Program is a judgment-free safe space for our youths
people to have meaning, connection, support, and encouragement to “Deliver The Future ''.
We support Development of skills in career and personal awareness, personal development and social etiquette, leadership development, financial literacy, job search skills, Canadian
workplace culture, entrepreneurship mentorship, public speaking skills, and writing skills.
